Wrong Way Beltline Driver – Fatal Crash

Eugene, Ore. – In the early morning hours of Oct. 9th, 2022 several callers to 911 had reported a vehicle traveling the wrong way on Beltline, eastbound in the westbound lanes.

Update: The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing. Deceased is Jamie Elizabeth Lamborghini, age 39, of Springfield. The victim driver is a male age 27.

The vehicle going the wrong way crashed head on into another vehicle traveling westbound, just west of Division Avenue. The driver of the wrong-way vehicle was deceased on scene. The driver of the westbound vehicle was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
