Eugene, Ore. – On Sunday, April 3, 2022, travelers on the road reported the van had been traveling east on W. 11th Avenue and swerved, then lost control and flipped.
The driver, identified as Toni Lyn Thompson, age 55, of Veneta, was ejected and was deceased on scene.
Eugene Police Major Collision Investigation team is investigating, as well as Lane County Medical Examiner.
