Springfield, Ore. – On March 8th, 2022, Springfield Police Detectives arrested Argenys Rivera (33-year-old male of Springfield) on a Lane County Circuit Court arrest warrant for various sexual assault crimes to include Rape in the First Degree.
A Lane County Grand Jury indicted Rivera after the case was presented to them earlier this month. The victims in this case are adult females known to Rivera. Through the investigation, Springfield Police Detectives have identified at least two victims and believe there may be additional victims who have yet to be identified.
