Springfield Police Make Sex Abuse Arrest

Eugene, Ore. – On January 21st, Springfield Police contacted MARK JOHN MAXWELL, age 57, regarding a sexual abuse case. Jail records show that on January 21st, at approximately 01:20 pm, Maxwell was lodged into the Lane County Jail on two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree (ORS 163.427), and one count of Unlawful Delivery Controlled substance to a Minor (ORS 475.906 – misdemeanor)

 

 

 

This investigation is ongoing. Maxwell is presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
