Eugene, Ore. – At around 10:43 a.m. today, March 23, Eugene Police Street Crimes Unit, SWAT, and Special Investigations Unit conducted a high-risk traffic stop near Shari’s on River Road.
This was related to a case involving guns, drugs, and money. A search warrant related to this case was also served around 12:30 this afternoon at a West 7th Avenue address.

There was a large police presence in these areas but there is no ongoing threat to the public from these incidents. We will update with more details as soon as we can.
