Police and Detectives Respond to Parking Lot Shooting

Eugene, Ore. – On February 13 at 7:11 p.m., a Eugene man, age 44, was reported to have been shot during a dispute in the Albertson’s parking lot at 1675 W. 18th Avenue.

 

The man sustained non-life threatening injuries and a bystander helped provide aid.  Once emergency responders arrived, they took over and the man was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The other involved man fled

the scene in a late 1990s white Ford conversion van. Multiple Eugene Police police officers responded to the scene, and subsequently the EPD Violent Crimes Unit was called out to begin an investigation.
