Portland, Ore. – The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public’s help to locate the suspect in a Homicide.
The Portland Police Bureau are looking for 43-year-old Jose Antonio Caraballo, who is wanted for the murder of his girlfriend, 27-year-old Kathryn Muhlbach (aka: Kathryn Keller). A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Caraballo for the charge of Murder in the Second Degree (Domestic Violence). Caraballo is believed to have fled the Portland area; however, his last known address is within the Portland city limits. He is known to have associates in Oregon, California and Mexico.
Anyone who sees Caraballo or believes they have information that could lead to his arrest is asked to immediately call 911.
