Man Stabbed – Suspect Not Located – Eugene

Eugene, Ore. – At 6:29 p.m., Eugene Police received report of a person at a location in the 300 block of Hwy. 99, who had been stabbed at another undetermined location.

The victim, in his 40s, reported the incident occurred on Elmira Road. His injuries are non-life threatening and he was expected to be treated and released from a local hospital.

The suspect was described as a white male in his 40-50s, with possibly no teeth. He was reported to have scruffy facial hair which was described as somewhat pointed with a few inches of length. He was last seen wearing a blue, wool puffy jacket (such as a Dickie brand jacket), blue jeans with some sort of red rope/bike lock/string which was connected to the suspect`s pant loops and descended into his pocket similar to a wallet chain. The victim did not know the suspect.
