Eugene, Ore. – A Lane County man was convicted, and sentenced, to 50 years in prison on Oct. 28th, 2022 for multiple sex crimes. McClain had plead guilty to the these charges on June 30th, 2022.

McClain must serve every day of his sentence being it is a measure 11 conviction. Currently his earliest release date is 10/28/2072. This date does not factor in the time he spent in the Lane County Jail. McClain was transferred from jail, to prison today, after serving 2 Years, 4 Months, and 11 Days, according to jail records.
