Eugene, Ore. – Eugene Police Patrol responded to reports of a shooting outside residences in the 19th and Monroe area around 4:47 a.m. today, April 12. A person was found deceased and EPD’s Violent Crimes Unit and Lane County Medical Examiner have responded to conduct an investigation.
