Eugene, OR – On December 17, Eugene Police contacted Scott Patrick Clark, age 38, regarding a sex abuse case. Jail records show that on December 17, at 08:25 pm, Clark was lodged at Lane County Jail on two charges of Sex Abuse in the First Degree.
This investigation is ongoing. Clark is presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
