Lane County, Ore. – On Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022 a Eugene man was arrested for his involvement in a 2020 fatal crash on HWY 58 that claimed the life of Emily Reber (23) of Oakridge.
According to a KPIC News article Brian Jones was the driver of a Nissan Sentra that crossed into oncoming traffic hitting a Ford F150 (uninjured), and then the VW Golf of Reber. The crash occurred on Sept. 10th, 2020.
A warrant for Jones was issued after a Feb. 16th, 2022 secret indictment.

BRIAN LEE JONES age 32, was arrested in Lincoln County Oregon, and transported to the Lane County Jail where he was booked on the following charges:
